Payment turn

Our standard payment term is 30% paid as deposit, 70% balance before shipment.

For special options, please discuss with your account manager. PayPal and bank transfer are both accepted.

 

Delivery time

We will ship stuff by DHL, FedEx, UPS, or by sea, depending on the order quantity and urgency.

Express delivery takes 3-5 business days. Sea shipment takes 35-45 business days.

In the case of express delivery, the freight cost will be charged upfront and recorded on the invoice.

You could choose to use your courier account or ours.

In case of bad weather, emergency, or busy season, order processing might take a longer time.

 

Tracking Your Package

Once your order was shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number to track your order online, we cannot guarantee the delivery time estimates we receive from carriers.
