We take after-sales services very seriously and react to after-sales issues rapidly when they happen.

We offer 5 years warranty for all of our products and the warranty policy might change on different models

You could also upgrade the warranty policy with a package price.

 

This warranty does not apply to any product that has been damaged due to: improper installation, excessive voltages, wrong wiring, or circuit protection, or any other false installation and maintenance. Unit Signal assumes no liability for any incidental or consequential damages.

 

A warranty claim requires a picture or video demonstrating the problem, PI number, and a description of the problem.

Please email all those information to us. Upon receiving the email, we will start to resolve the problem.

1. All our products are 100% brand new, which has never been used or installed

2. All the items are tested before shipping.

3. We are not responsible for any legal issues and tariffs that are caused by improper usage of our products. Please verify that these items are legal within your state before placing an order.

4. Our products require professional installation and we are not responsible for the installation of the products. If the product(s) damaged through installation, we are not held responsible for the refund.

5. We are not responsible for the wrong address or unavailable address that is provided by the buyer. Reship fee will be occurred and charge to you.

6. When you receive your package, please inspect first that all the stated parts are included in the shipment. If there is any problem please contact us immediately.

7. We work hard to process returns as quickly as possible.

8. Customized products cannot be returned or changed.
